Introduction

flow8 is self-hosted software. When you deploy flow8 on your infrastructure, we do not collect, process, or have access to any data processed by your flow8 instance. Your workflows stay on your servers. Your data never leaves your control.

This Privacy Policy covers what data we collect when you visit flow8.ai and interact with our sales and marketing services. It does not apply to data processed inside your self-hosted flow8 deployment.

Information we collect

We collect minimal information, only what's necessary to operate our marketing website and respond to inquiries:

• Contact information: When you request a demo or submit a form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
• Website usage analytics: We collect anonymized analytics data including page views, browser type, referral source, and general location (country/city level). We do not use cookies to track you across sites.
• Functional cookies: We use session cookies only to maintain your login state on flow8.ai. No persistent tracking cookies.

Information we do NOT collect

• Any data processed by your self-hosted flow8 instance
• Your workflow configurations or execution logs
• Your credentials or API keys
• Your customers' data
• Personally identifiable information beyond your email and company
• Behavioral data or personal preferences from your flows

How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries: We use your contact information to respond to demo requests and support questions.
• Improve our website: We analyze anonymized usage data to improve flow8.ai's performance and user experience.
• Marketing communications: We may send you updates about flow8 features, case studies, or company news. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, law enforcement).

We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your information with vendors unless absolutely necessary for service delivery (e.g., email providers).

Data retention

• Demo requests: Retained for 2 years, or until you request deletion.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days.
• Session cookies: Automatically deleted when you close your browser.

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

We use minimal cookies on flow8.ai:

• Hosting: flow8.ai is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
